June 15th is the last day for FALL 2016 early registration!!
BAC online registration requirements include:
Online registration form
A 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" photograph (front facing) for soccer identification
Physician's name and phone number
Uniform information
Parents ethics form ( ELA )
team formation policy ( ELA )
Fundraising agreement / Buyout form
Payment method of all fees
New players will need a government issued birth certificate, green card, military ID, or passport.Baptismal and hospital certificates are not acceptable
**All Returning Players – those who played on a team last year – whose completed registration is received by BAC by June 15, 2016 – shall reclaim their place on the previous season’s team, unless requesting to change teams, or is no longer in the same age division as the previous year’s team.
