I represented the buyer of this College Greens home. Tucked away in the great location of the winding Rio de Oro way. This home had a large addition done in the 80's so the home currently has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a very unique layout and a pool in the back. This was a very fun and interesting transaction to be a part of. I was brought into the transaction because i am the specialist in the neighborhood as i live around the corner and do a large amount of business in the neighborhood. THis property was never put on the market, it was an "Off Market Sales." I helped the renter become the buyer and the landlord be the seller. In the end it worked out great for everyone.
