The 4th quarter of 2013 finally saw the market slow down a little bit. The first 3 quarters of the year were filled with multiple offers, rising prices and little inventory. That changed in the fall as buyer demand slowed down a bit, inventory slowly increased and the amount of sales were down from the 3rd quarter. All in all, not a bad quarter for the neighborhood, just a little slower that the previous.
