In This Video, i talk about what Carbon Monoxide Detectors and how they play into the real estate transaction. First off, please understand that is NOT a carbon "di"-oxide detector. Also, NOT a CO"2" detector. Many, many people call it that including appriasers, real estate agents and home owners. Carbon "di"oxide, also know as CO"2" is not dangerous. It is carbon "mon"oxide that we are worried about, or CO.
